How to Make Fluffy No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie:
An added beauty of this velvety mouth-watering peanut butter pie is
that it's truly not at all hard to make. A little measuring, a little
whipping, and a little mixing is all it takes. Taking advantage of a
convenient prepared graham cracker keeps this treat no-bake, as well.
To get the peanut butter pie deliciousness started, beat a block of
cream cheese with some creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and a
little bit of whipping cream with an electric mixer until the
mixture is light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, make some homemade whipped cream by beating
some whipping cream, vanilla, and granulated sugar at high speed
until stiff peaks form.
Fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the prepared peanut
butter mixture to loosen it up.
Then fold in the remaining whipped cream to finish off making the
pie's fluffy filling. Spoon the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust, mounding it
up a little bit toward the center.
Cover the pie and chill it for at least 8 hours to allow the
filling to set before serving.
After the pie has chilled and set, you're ready to serve up its
creamy deliciousness!
Cut the pie into pieces, and top each slice with a small sprinkling
of chopped peanuts, if you'd like.
The chopped peanuts add a nice
little touch and textural crunch, but they're completely optional.

chopped peanuts, but my daughter definitely prefers hers
without.
