Well, we just finished up our first Halloween at our new house!  It was so sweet to see all the new-to-us neighborhood kids in their sweet little costumes.  And I was impressed with all their great manners!  So wonderful to see and hear.

We didn't have as many trick-or-treaters as I anticipated we would.  So ... I've got quite a bit of leftover candy.  But I didn't wait for the leftovers to make this scrumptious Snicker Bar Pie.

Nope.
Oh yeh, my friends, you'll want to steal the kids' trick-or-treat candy for this one.

To make this tasty pie, I went ahead and snitched in the Halloween candy.  Before  Halloween.

Hey, I bought it, right?  I'm allowed.

And it was for a good cause.  Pie is definitely a good cause.  Especially when it's No-Bake Snicker Bar Pie.  The candy snitching just had  to be done.

And I don't regret my snitching one bit.

With its creamy base of peanut butter, cream cheese, and Cool Whip, all mixed up with chopped Snickers Bars, this pie is melt-in-you-mouth deliciousness.  I use extra-crunchy peanut butter to the pie a little extra jolt of peanut goodness.

You could totally substitute homemade whipped cream if you prefer that over Cool Whip, which I know many people do.  That would be delicious, too!

With its creamy base of peanut butter, cream cheese, and Cool Whip, all mixed up with chopped Snickers Bars, this pie is melt-in-you-mouth deliciousness.

And all you do to make this is mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, and a little confectioners' sugar with an electric mixer, stir in Cool Whip {or whipped cream} and chopped Snickers Bars, and pour the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust.  It truly couldn't be any easier!

Now, as for all that leftover Halloween candy?  I don't think I'll have much trouble figuring out what to do with it.

Nope.

I bet you can already guess what will happen to those leftover Snickers bars, can't you?  I *think* there may just be some more yummy pie in our future.
