Topped with a quick-and-easy 3-ingredient creamy Nutella cheesecake mixture, Nutella-Strawberry Cheesecake Bites make a fabulous little-bite dessert, party treat, or afternoon snack. Or, dare we say breakfast, too?
Well, hello National Cheesecake Day! I'm not usually up on all the kinda-random food holidays that exist, but a day dedicated to creamy cheesecake deliciousness? That's one I can get behind! I certainly love a great cheesecake. How about you?
My absolute favorite cheesecake is our family's go-to Thanksgiving dessert, creamy Pumpkin Cheesecake. It's smooth, cinnamon-laced pumpkin deliciousness is divine.
But what if for whatever reason, ...
... {like you're worried you'll gobble up the whole thing in a matter of just a few short days, perhaps?} ... you don't want to bake a whole cheesecake? Or you just want a tiny bite of cheesecake to satisfy that cheesecake sweet tooth?
Well, these Nutella-Strawberry Cheesecake Bites are a perfect plan!
Topped with a quick-and-easy 3-ingredient creamy Nutella cheesecake mixture, Nutella-Strawberry Cheesecake Bites make a fabulous little-bite dessert, party-platter treat, or afternoon snack. Or hey, I wouldn't be opposed to considering them breakfast food, too.
Let's see ... fruit, dairy, and Nutella spread ... that should count for breakfast food, right?
Not only are Nutella-Strawberry Cheesecake Bites versatile little bites of choclatey-cheesecake deliciousness, they're really easy to whip up, too.
Simply cut some large strawberries in half. I like to leave the leaf cap on and just cut right through it ... because it looks pretty, and the leaves act as a little 'handle' to hold onto when picking up and eating these tasty little bites.
Place the strawberry halves, cut-side-up, on a platter. If the berry halves don't sit level, cut a teeny tiny slice from the rounded platter-side of the strawberry to give it a flat spot to sit upon.
Pipe on a bit of Nutella-cream cheese mixture, and sprinkle on a few chopped hazelnuts or slivered almonds if you'd like.
Then enjoy your little Nutella-Strawberry Cheesecake Bites dessert! Or snack. Or ... dare we say ... breakfast?

- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. Nutella chocolate-hazelnut spread
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 T. chopped hazelnuts or chopped slivered almonds
instructions:
How to cook Nutella-Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
- Place softened cream cheese, Nutella, and cinnamon in a small bowl; stir until well combined and smooth. Chill for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- While cream cheese mixture chills, rinse strawberries and pat dry with paper towels. Leaving leaves on, slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and set aside on a plate or serving platter with the cut side up. {If strawberry halves do not sit level on the platter, cut a very tiny slice from the rounded side of the berry half to create a flat spot for it to sit upon.}
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. {If you don't have a piping bag, use a zip-top baggie. Cut one of the bottom corners of the bag and use it to pipe through.} Pipe mixture onto each of the strawberry halves. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts or almonds.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to about 3 hours.
