Raspberries. To whip some up, you'll need:
- Raspberries - Choose large, firm fresh raspberries for the best result, as there should be ample space and good structure within the raspberries to best fit and support the chocolate chips.
- Chocolate chips - Chocolate-stuffed raspberries taste fabulous both with semi-sweet and white chocolate chips. -- Choose your favorite, or do a mixture of the two. We use Ghirardelli Premium Baking Classic White Chips for white chocolate and Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels for chocolate.
How to Make Chocolate-Stuffed Raspberries:
I'm hard-pressed to think of a recipe that's easier to make than these
Chocolate-Stuffed Raspberries. Just 2 ingredients, and no chopping, no
cooking, no baking involved. -- Just a few minutes of hands-on
assembly, and that's it. But believe me, there deliciousness tastes
like they were a whole lot more complicated to make than they are!
To make these tasty little bites, hold one raspberry in the
fingertips of one hand. Then use the fingertips of your other hand to
gently press a chocolate chip inside the raspberry, inserting with the
pointed end in.
Repeat with the remaining raspberries. -- And that's all there is to it.
Pile the stuffed raspberries into a bowl or onto a small platter.
Then serve immediately, or you can hold them for about 1-2 hours
before serving.
If you're holding them for a bit before serving, the stuffed
raspberries can be stored at room temperature or in the
refrigerator.
Then you're good to go with enjoying the chocolate-raspberry
