Easy Creamy Caramel Dip {for Apple or Pretzel Dippin'}

Yum
Easy, creamy, and delicious ... this Creamy Caramel Dip is just perfect for dipping apple slices and pretzels.  Whip it up in no time flat.

I have a confession to make.  I have an apple problem.  See, I don't really like apples.  I know, I know.  You're thinking ... 'What??  How can you not like apples??'  Well, I just don't.  It's a texture thing, I think.

'Cause there are only two ways to get me to eat apples.

1.  Bake 'em up in something sweet {hello, Slow Cooker Apple Pudding Cake!} or cook 'em up 'til they're totally mushy {like Maple Fried Apples}.  And,
2.  Pick 'em fresh off the tree so they're so hard when you bite into them they about break your teeth.

So see, it's texture.  Apples have to be completely soft, or completely hard for me to like them.  None of that in-between, mealy, mushy junk for me.

Unless, of course, their in-between mushiness is disguised with a sweet, creamy dip.

Like this Easy Creamy Caramel Dip.

Then I can {kinda} handle eating apples.  But seriously, only if they're sliced.  See, I told you I have an apple problem.

Okay, okay ... Tastebuds may have even come up with a third  way to get me to eat apples.

Caramel Apple popcorn.

I can go for that.  'Cause it's crunchy.  See, there's that texture thing again ... but eating my apples in popcorn form is surely one solution to my problem of semi-soft apples.

Of course, when it comes to enjoying this tasty Easy Creamy Caramel Dip, I could just avoid the whole apple texture problem altogether.

And enjoy the dip with pretzels.

Which I think may just be my plan.
