- 1 (18.2 oz.) box fudge brownie mix
- 1/3 c. canola or vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- about 1/4 c. powdered sugar, for rolling
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together dry brownie mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until the mixture comes together to form a dough.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to make dough easier to work with for rolling.
- Use your hands to roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place powdered sugar in a small bowl and roll each dough ball in powdered sugar, coating it completely.
- Place sugar-covered dough balls on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350℉ for 9-11 minutes or until set.
- Cool on pan for 1 minute; remove to a cooling rack and cool completely.
- Store tightly covered in an airtight container.
