Homemade Shake & Bake Pork Chops Ingredients:

Homemade Shake & Bake Pork Chops are really easy to make, and are also loaded with fabulous flavor from the combination of spices in the coating. To whip up a batch, you'll need:

  • Pork Chops - Either bone-in or boneless pork chops work fine for this recipe. We recommend using regular-thickness pork chops, not thick-cut or thin pork chops, for the best result once baked.

  • Plain dried bread crumbs - Both store-bought and homemade plain bread crumbs work for this recipe. For ease and convenience, I use store-bought.

  • Canola or vegetable oil - Brings the coating components together and helps the coating adhere to the meat.

You'll also need the following seasonings:

  • Salt & pepper
  • Granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Dried parsley
  • Chili powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Granulated sugar
