Known by many many names such as graham cracker pralines, Christmas crack, crack candy, saltine toffee, and even cracker cookies, there are seemingly endless variations of this holiday favorite.

Who knew basic crackers could create such scrumptious treats??

Many use Saltines or honey graham crackers as the base, while chocolate graham crackers or buttery Ritz also make for wonderful versions.  Some are coated in cracker candy's characteristic boiled sugary syrup, while others are slathered in a smear of frosting or creamy peanut butter.  Some are topped with chocolate chips, or chopped nuts, or coconut, or even marshmallows, while others become chocolate covered with a good dunk in melted chocolate.
