Sweet & Sour Slaw

I adore coleslaw ... but I don't always adore all the mayonnaise that comes along with traditional slaw.  And that's why I love this no-mayo Sweet & Sour Slaw recipe!  With this slaw, you get to enjoy all the slaw goodness ... without  all the mayo.

The sweetness of just a touch of sugar and the tang of apple cider vinegar combine beautifully to deliver up a fabulous sweet-and-sour crunchy slaw.

And by using packaged cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw mix available from the grocery store, you can have this Sweet & Sour Slaw recipe ready in minutes!

Sweet & Sour Slaw

Toss everything together, let it stand for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld ... and you're done.  A tasty and beautiful side is ready to go.

Sweet & Sour Slaw is especially perfect on top of or alongside pulled pork sandwiches or burgers.
