Eggnog lovers, have you ever wondered can you use eggnog to make instant pudding instead of milk? Well my friends, the answer is an absolute yes. Yes, you can use eggnog instead of milk to prepare instant pudding. And the result is a very tasty one, indeed.

In fact, Instant Eggnog Pudding may just be the perfect little Christmastime treat for the eggnog lover. Why? -- Because it's super easy to make (and we do mean SUPER easy), is loaded with fabulous eggnog flavor, and is simple enough to whip up and enjoy for any everyday dinner.

Have you ever wondered can you use eggnog to make instant pudding instead of milk? Well my friends, the answer is an absolute yes.

To whip up this tasty eggnog treat, simply start with a box of basic instant vanilla pudding. Then instead of mixing it with milk as usual, replace that milk with eggnog instead. Toss in some ground cinnamon and nutmeg to further enhance the eggnog flavor, chill, and you're good to go with enjoying the creamy eggnog deliciousness.

The flavor of this eggnog pudding is one that enhances over time. Right after mixing, the pudding will taste fairly strongly of vanilla. -- More eggnog-y than just straight-up vanilla pudding, but still pretty heavy on the vanilla side.

After the pudding sits for a bit, the signature nutmeg flavor of eggnog takes over and becomes the predominant flavor. In fact, we love to let this eggnog pudding chill overnight to really allow the eggnog flavor to fully develop.

That being said, this eggnog pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat after about 10 minutes of chilling time. However, we recommend waiting overnight and giving the eggnog flavor time to develop to its fullest and tastiest potential.
