Can you guess what my favorite candy bar is? I'll give you a little hint ... it's mixed in with totally yummy cheesecake to make this totally scrumptious pie! {Okay, so that may have been a big hint.}
Yes, my absolute favorite candy bar is Twix. Can't get enough of them. Give me a choice from a selection of candy bars, and I'll take a Twix every time.
So, just how can you make a Twix bar even better?
Bake it into a Twix Cheesecake Pie, of course!
In this scrumptious pie, chopped Twix are surrounded by a creamy cheesecake filling, topped with more chopped Twix, and then drizzled with ooey-gooey caramel.
Let me tell you, this cheesecake pie is so yummy, it's worth buying a little extra Halloween candy to make it. Yes, it's a perfect way to use up that leftover Halloween candy. Or, hey, ... just go ahead and confiscate all the kids' Twix bars as soon as they get home from trick-or-treating.
After just one bite of Twix Cheesecake Pie, they won't even mind.

ReplyDeleteI adore Twix and cheesecake, so this sounds like my kind of combination!
ReplyDeleteTwix is my favorite candy too! I can't wait to make it at home. How were you able to remove the 'ready chocolate cookie pie crust' from the disposable aluminum without breaking the crust?
ReplyDeleteWith a small thin spatula, very very gently! :-)
DeleteThis looks so yummy! I am planning to make this for a get-together! So when you say "chill until firm," do you mean just in the fridge or in the freezer? I just want to make sure I am doing it right! Thanks! :)
