- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (13 oz.) package turkey kielbasa or smoked sausage, thinly sliced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 5 to 6 c. fresh baby spinach (about 5 to 6 oz.)
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 (15 oz.) cans white beans, drained & rinsed
