How to Make 3-Ingredient Microwave Chocolate Fudge:
This "cheater" Chocolate Fudge is whipped up super fast and
ridiculously easy in the microwave.
Get started by lining the bottom and sides of a 9x9-inch square pan
with foil. Grease the foil with a little bit of softened butter or
non-stick cooking spray so the set-up fudge will easily release from
the foil.
Place prepared chocolate frosting and some semi-sweet chocolate chips
in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them together in the microwave.
Begin melting the chocolate mixture for 30 seconds, and then in
additional 15-second increments at a time.
Be cautious to not overheat the chocolate chips when melting them
together with the frosting. Stop heating the mixture as soon as
everything's melty and smooth when stirred, as overheating the
chocolate chips can result in a dry and/or grainy finished
fudge.
Cool the melted chocolate mixture for 10 minutes. Then, stir in some
mini marshmallows.
Spoon the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Cover and pop
the fudge in the refrigerator until firm.
Once firm, use the edges of the foil to lift the block of fudge from
the pan. Cut into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container in
the refrigerator.
Then dig in to enjoy the fudgy goodness, because "Cheater" 3-Ingredient Microwave Chocolate Fudge is rich, creamy, chocolatey, and delicious.
