Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. canola or vegetable oil
  • 3 bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 c.)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place dry cake mix, eggs, oil, mashed bananas, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium to medium-low speed until well combined. If using, stir in chopped nuts.
