Gingerbread is my favorite flavor of the Christmas season.

I simply love the way the spiced combination of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves combines with the full-bodied flavor of molasses.  It's a wonderfully rich and robust flavor that just screams Christmas to me.

Of course, one of my favorite ways to enjoy this tasty gingerbread flavor is in classic gingerbread cookies - baked up nice and soft is just the way I like them.

Creamy Gingerbread Dip is a perfect little treat for any holiday season occasion ... whether that be an office Christmas party, family Christmas Eve get-together, an everyday holiday snack, or any occasion in between.

But truly, I'll take my gingerbread in just about any form around - like my favorite fun Gingerbread Magic Cookies, or our family's Christmas morning Gingerbread Waffles, and even in cocktails like a tasty Gingerbread White Russian.

And now with this Creamy Gingerbread Dip, there's a new way to enjoy my beloved Christmas gingerbread flavor! ... in a festive, fluffy, and totally fun dippable form.

Paired with some mini Nilla Waferswaffle cone pieces, animal crackers, or graham crackers for dipping, creamy Gingerbread Dip is a perfect little treat for any holiday season occasion ... whether that be an office Christmas party, family Christmas Eve get-together, everyday holiday snack, or any occasion in between.

Not only do I love the flavor of this creamy dip, I love that it's incredibly easy to make, too.

With a just a block of cream cheese, a container of Cool Whip, and a few other simple ingredients you probably have in your pantry, this dip whips up in about 5 minutes flat.

To make a batch, start by mixing together cream cheese, molasses, brown sugar, and a little powdered sugar until they're well combined and smooth.  An electric mixer or stand mixer makes super quick work of this.

Then add in some cinnamongingernutmeg, and cloves to create that wonderful classic gingerbread flavor ...

Once the spices are mixed in well, fold in an 8 ounce container of Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping to make the dip super creamy and fluffy ...

That's it!  Super easy, right?

And the result is one very tasty dip, indeed.  Loaded with the classic spiced combination of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and molasses, it's a wonderfully rich and full-bodied dip with flavor that just screams Christmastime.

A few fun sprinkles on top adds a nice festive touch.

I used a combination of three different types of sprinkles to decorate the dip in these photos - adorable little gingerbread men sprinkles, some snowflake sprinkles, and a few large red Christmas non-pareil sprinkles.  But any fun Christmas sprinkles work just fine.

Serve up a bowlful of Creamy Gingerbread Dip with a variety of dippers for one tasty little holiday treat.  Mini Nilla Waferswaffle cone pieces, animal crackers, and plain graham crackers all work well for dipping - out of these, mini Nilla Wafers are my favorite.
