A couple weeks ago, I embarked upon an adventure to make a positive change in my life, going along with Crunchmaster's #NewBeginnings launch of their new logo and packaging.  And let me just tell you, when Crunchmaster challenged me to make a new beginning like they are, it wasn't hard at all to decide what mine would be ~ more wholesome snacking for ME!

See, when it comes to choosing and preparing healthy snacks for our 7-year-old daughter, I do a pretty good job.  But when it comes to me?  Not so much.  It seems that's always the way with us parents, right? ... We take great care of our little ones, without being so diligent for ourselves.

Well after introducing this new adventure in my Creamy Feta Dip post, my quest for healthier snacks continues!  With this super tasty Lemony White Bean Salad.
Paired with Crunchmaster crackers to deliver up that snacking crunch I love, of course.

I absolutely crave crunch when I snack.  And unfortunately, crunchy quick-grab snacks aren't always the healthiest, most wholesome of choices.  But with the help of Crunchmaster, I can change that.

Because ... thankfully for me ... Crunchmaster crackers are indeed true to their name and pack great  crunch.  All while delivering up wholesome ingredients that fit into a healthy lifestyle.

Crunchmaster crackers

For a great afternoon pick-me-up, I love to pair a dish of this Lemony White Bean Salad with Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Original crackers.  But hey, if I'm out of the original, the Sea Salt ones go great, too!

Both are 100% whole grain, low in sugar, completely free of saturated and trans fats, and contain no artificial colors or flavors.  {Not to mention for my gluten-free friends out there, Crunchmaster crackers are certified gluten-free, too.}

Which means I can grab a handful of crunch to satisfy my snack cravings ... while still feeling good about what  I grab.  All without ruining the wholesomeness of my white bean salad with what I'm enjoying as my crunchy dipper, too.

Wholesome salad + wholesome dipper = healthier snacking!

The white bean salad packs tons of flavor from a good dose of fresh mint, fresh parsley, and loads of fresh lemon juice and zest.  It's a flavor combination that's truly refreshing and delicious.

So whether you serve this Lemony White Bean Salad up as a tasty side, or pair it with Crunchmaster crackers for a a totally tasty dip, it's one delicious dish loaded with tons of flavor.

Now wish me luck, please, as I continue my journey to healthier snacking!
