Chocolate Mint Chip Ice Cream ~ Without a Machine! {& the BEST Personalized Gift Idea}

This easy to whip up, no machine required Chocolate Mint Chip Ice Cream is absolutely amazing!  And it only takes four ingredients to make.  Yes, you CAN have amazing ice cream deliciousness with only four ingredients ~ and no machine.

It finally  feels like Spring here in the South with May fast approaching, and I couldn't be happier.  Yes, May is right around the corner ... can you see it waving it's little hand to say "hi?"  And with May in the South comes three things ~ warmer weather, Mother's Day, and wedding season!  Okay, okay ... so all those three things come with May just about everywhere, not just in the South.

Well, I don't know about you, but warmer weather makes me think ice cream.  And Mother's Day and wedding season make me think beautiful personalized gifts.  Fortunately, today I've got ya covered on both of these.

On the ice cream front, I'm happy to share with you one of the best ice creams I've tasted in a long time.  No joke.

This quick-to-whip-up, no-machine-needed Chocolate Mint Chip Ice Cream is absolutely amazing.  And it takes only four ingredients to make it!  Yup, that's it.  Four.  If you've got some whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and Andes Mints ... you've got this ice cream.

I love how the ice cream is loaded with bits of Andes Mints ...

...  infusing it with wonderful mint flavor through and through.

See all those chopped up Andes Mints bits?  Oh, yeahhhhh, they all went in that ice cream, baby.

Oh, and see that beautiful personalized chopping block?  That brings me to the beautiful personalized gifts  I mentioned!

That, my friends, is a custom-engraved cherry wood chopping block from the fabulous folks at cherryBLOX.  cherryBLOX chopping blocks are extra thick cherry wood cutting boards hand crafted by a family-owned North Carolina company.  And they.  Are.  Gorgeous.

See how thick that cutting board is?  Nice.

Click to visit cherryBLOX & order your very own personalized chopping block!

In fact, we think cherryBLOX boards are so gorgeous we have two ... one for the blog and one for 'us!   They make the perfect personalized gift, and, paired with a nice chef's knife, have become Mark's and my go-to wedding gift.

Oh, a cherryBLOX cutting board would be the  perfect  gift for Mom for Mother's Day, too.

Ah shucks, but I can't get one for my Mom ... 'cause she already has one.

BUT ... Andes Mints are  one of her absolute favorite candies.  Maybe I'll make her a big ol' batch of this amazing Chocolate Mint Chip Ice Cream!  Yes, I think that's a good plan.
