There is certainly no shortage of fluff salads here on The Kitchen is My Playground.  You know the ones, right? ... Those creamy creations that are typically some concoction of fruit, whipped cream, and marshmallows, with whatever various other ingredients thrown in.  From Pistachio Watergate Salad to Cherry Fluff Salad to even Chocolate Fluff, seems to be we all love their creamy comfort.

And seems there's an almost infinite number of variations, too.

But in all my "fluff travels," it dawned on me I had never crossed paths with a peach fluff salad.  So me being me, you can probably guess what I decided to do, right?

I recently shared here on the blog my favorite recipe for Chicken Pot Pie ~ 2 Ways ... with both a biscuit topping and pie crust option.  Me?  I'm a biscuit topping girl, myself.  But with it's deliciously creamy comfort-in-a-pan filling, I most certainly won't turn down a chicken pot pie no matter how  it's topped.

The classic chicken pot pie combination of carrots, celery, onion, and shredded chicken all nestled in creamy sauce just can't be beat.  Or can it?

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone!  Little Miss H. {who's in kindergarten} is soooo excited about going to school today.  I mean, she's excited everyday ... but she's especially excited today.  Because she's heard stories.  Stories about little green leprechauns showing up in classrooms and creating mischief and messes.

And she soooo wants a little leprechaun to visit her classroom and make a mess!  She's seriously talked about it for days.  I wonder what stories I'll be in store for when I pick her up this afternoon!  And if a little leprechaun does visit her classroom and make a mess? ... I certainly hope she'll be a sweetie and help clean it up.

So while I don't have a special little leprechaun treat, or rockin' shamrock-shaped cookies, or even a gorgeous green dessert to share with you today in honor of St. Patrick's Day ... I do  have this Orange-Green Tea Punch recipe to share.  Is that close enough to being appropriate for the day??
