I’ve always wanted to try the cauli potato salad. So last night, after reading your recipe and comments about it, I steamed some cauliflower, chopped some boiled eggs, chopped some pickle and celery and poured on the sauce. So easy! So easy in fact I’ve decided that a jar of potato salad dressing is going to be a staple in our fridge just like a bottle of catsup! Makes for a quick, easy, healthy, delicious low carb side dish!
