I had only a 1 1/2 lb boneless pork sirloin roast, cooked it with about 1/2 cup of apple juice instead of 1/4 cup as I like more "gravy", and cooked it for 4 hours on low. Came home from work and so tender and juicy! Neighbor asked what I had been cooking all day, as I live in an apartment and she could smell it, which she said tasted as good as it had smelled! Try it! It is super easy and SO GOOD!!!
