And it was amazing! However, I do use fresh whip cream and it brings it over the top in my opinion. For the 2nd cream cheese layer, I add about 2 Tbsp powder sugar and a bit of vanilla to 8oz whip cream. For the top layer, I'll do 16oz whip cream with about 1/4C powder sugar and some vanilla. You could omit the cream cheese layer altogether. 2. You could try sour cream instead of cream cheese. 3. You could just increase the amount of Cool Whip and make the cream cheese layer just a Cool Whip layer ... though be careful spreading the pudding layer on top, because the layer below won't be as firm. Let me know if you give any of these modifications a try!Tracey @ The Kitchen Is My Playgroundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04021260888489057268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6584652251625653115.post-84014034851275805372012-08-14T23:29:18.010-04:002012-08-14T23:29:18.010-04:00My daughter hates cream cheese, I wonder what I co...My daughter hates cream cheese, I wonder what I could use instead.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10413659001698285563noreply@blogger.com
