Prune & Peanut Butter Apple Snacks

Easy Prune & Peanut Butter Apple Snacks are the perfect nutrition-packed quick snack to help you make healthy snacking choices this year.

Diced Prune & Peanut Butter Apple Snacks

Like many of us, I have resolved to make healthier choices this year.  Especially when it comes to my snacking.

Because if I'm completely honest with myself {which I have to say ... quite often, I'm not}, making good-for-me healthy snacking choices is not my strong point.  When that afternoon snack craving hits, I don't always reach for the wisest option.

Fortunately, the great taste and convenience of Sunsweet® Amaz!n Diced Prunes are helping me make healthier choices at snack time!  'Cause I need all the help I can get.

See, Plum Amaz!n Diced Prunes come in a convenient resealable pack, so they're always handy and at-the-ready when my snack craving hits.  Which is usually right about 4:00 for me ... I swear, I could set a clock by it.

Focusing on healthy snacks is an easy way to improve the quality of your diet.  And focusing on healthy snacks is especially  easy when you include #TheFeelGoodFruit ~ prunes!

Sunsweet® prunes and juices are nature's perfect way to feel good with nutrition and delicious taste. They add a powerful boost of nutrition and fiber to snack time and keep you feeling fuller longer. Grab a handful of convenient diced prunes for delicious nutritious snacking ~ toss them in cereal, oatmeal, homemade granola and granola bars, salad or your favorite recipes for added flavor and fiber.

Or, whip up these easy little Prune & Peanut Butter Apple Snacks!

Seriously, delicious healthy snacking couldn't be much easier.  And that's just the way I need it to be to stick to my goal of making healthier choices.

Simply grab a Granny Smith apple and cut it into slices {or wedges, if you'd like} ...

That's it!  Delicious healthy snacking truly made easy, right?

Well, I've got an even easier  one for ya, if you'd like.  'Cause this healthy snack treat doesn't even involve the cutting of an apple!

Yes, when that 4:00 snack attack hits so hard I don't even feel like taking the time to cut an apple, I've discovered that smearing a whole Sunsweet®prune with a touch of peanut butter and sprinkling on a bit of granola for crunch tastes great, too!
