This time of year, green beans are abundantly growing in the garden. And they seem to be the crop that keeps on giving, don't they? ... Kind of like the Energizer Bunny of the garden.
I'm not a gardener myself ... I swear, my thumbs are black. But when I get my hands on some of the bean crop from my mother-in-law's garden or from the garden of a friend, I must say I'm quite happy. There are so many ways to enjoy this versatile little garden gem!
